Welcome to the Brookfield at Milestone Community.

Established in 1998, this community is made up of 88 townhomes in the northern area of Germantown, MD close to I-270, restaurants, and shopping. We take pride in our small, warm community. Over the years we’ve held Community Clean Up Days, Neighborhood Yard Sales, and Pot-Luck Picnics. If you haven’t joined us for a community event or Board meeting, please do! The more everyone participates, the more our community benefits.

The meetings for Brookfield thru September are as follows:

April 9 - the Tot Lot on site
May 14 - the Elem School
June 11 - the Elem School
July 9 - the Elem School
Aug 6 - the Elem School
Sept 10 - the Elem School

The Elementary School is the William B. Gibbs Elementary School and the meeting times are at 7pm.
Upcoming Board Meetings
A special meeting is being called by the Board of Directors for Monday February 20 at 630pm and will be held in front of the William B. Gibbs Elementary School.

  • Board Meetings - The board of directors meetings will be held on the second Monday of each month at the Gibbs Elementary School, starting at 7pm in the media room. All residents are invited and encouraged to attend the meetings. Before attending, please call Main Street Property Management 240-632-0001 to confirm.

  • Trash Pickup – Trash is picked up on Wednesdays and Saturdays by J & J Trash Company. Recyclables are picked up on Wednesdays by the County. To find out more about what is considered a recyclable, go to www.montgomerycoutymd.gov/recycling.

  • Architectural Change Process

  • Snow Removal Information. Snow removal is contracted with Allentuck Landscaping. Please call Management with any concerns.

William B. Gibbs Jr. Elementary School
The William B. Gibbs Elementary School is being built to relieve Cedar Grove and Little Bennett Elementary Schools. The site plan, floor plan, boundary study and meeting minutes are here for your viewing.
